Good Morning Meditation


Meditation time is always paramount to my early mornings, since becoming a yogi i have enjoyed the serenity of being at peace with myself, yoga and meditation have helped me through some really dark times and i owe it to mindfulness to help me through it all.

as you can see i can not fully cross both my legs, and i need to have back support from a wall to keep me straight, i am a sufferer of mid back pain, due to my day job, so assistance with my posture is key to my meditation. A slouchy meditation pose i feel doesn’t  achieve the highest levels of mindfulness.
